1           3 INCH SLIPPING FRICTION AIR SHAFT to ensure the rewinding tension stable;

2           Full Width Pressing Rollers with pneumatic control to ensure the finished roll surface keep smooth;

3           Anti Stati Remove Brush for both up and down rewinding press roller

4           Small Individual Assistant Press Roller specially designed for the individual roll which not average thickness

For Blade Unit:

3          Hydraulic Lifting System to help the operator loading the jumbo roll max. 1 ton from floor;

4          Back Control Button & Screen Display make the operator easily control the slitter at back side

The main difference between our slitter and others are listed as followings

1) Our Slitter Use 50mm Steel Wall Board, Which is Heavy, to Make the Slitter Work More Stabel.
There are 5 strong girders between the 2 pcs wall board.
And we also make the strong base board to make sure the slitter not shake when runs at high speed;

2) Auto Sense the Diameter of Jumbo Roll.
You do not need to set the diameter of jumbo roll, our slitter can sense it by itself when you run the slitter;

3)Humanization Design for the Back Control System
Including the left and righ button Control Panel
Including the back display screen which show same main parameter with the front display screen;
Back Control System is very useful in real production, we find most of operator needs to check the jumbo roll quality or joint parts or some defect printing;

It does not only can follow and guide the edge of the material, but also can follow the printing line and image for the Printed Material

5) Auotmatic and Easy Setting and Operation
The slitter is full automatic tension control, you only need to set following parameter, then the slitter will work itself:

Innitial Tension for Unwinding
Innitial Tension for Rewinding

6) 2 Rewinding System: Slipping Air Shaft and Normal Air Shaft

Slipping air shaft and normal air shaft use 2 different control parts and system.
Most of chinese slitter only have one system, for example, only have normal air shaft rewinding system.
Later, when you want to add slipping air shaft system, you will find you can not.
Our slitter combine both system, you only change the model on screen, install the slipping air shaft, then It will work.

7) Auto Stop at Setting Length and the Setting Diameter
Our slitter will feel both the length and the mini diameter you set, and stop automatically at the set length or the set mini diameter.

8) Auto Tension Control
Our slitter can feel the film tension by itself, and adjust the unwinding tension automaticly during running.

9) 2 Blade System: Razor Blade and Circle Blade
Even you only pay razor blade system, but we will leave the parts and space for circle blade system.
In this case, you can use the circle blade system when you buy the circle blade and shaft.
Most other Chinese slitter only have Razor Blade System, it will be very complex or impossible to use both system.

10) Real Max Speed:
We promise the slitter can work at 500m/min speed, it means it can works at 500m/min.
Other Chinese slitter promise 400m/min, the real speed may be only 200-300m/min.
