The function of the rewinding shaft of the slitting machine is to wind the various materials after slitting into multiple rolls of material on one shaft. The size and consistency of the winding torque of the reeling shaft determine the winding quality.

Important procudure during the operation
Feed the roll and install the take-up reel and adjust the roll position. When feeding the coil, the coupling shaft groove of the material shaft and the support side should be aligned. The lateral adjustment of the material roll can rotate the left hand wheel to make the material roll in the middle of the equipment; before installing the take-up reel, put the corresponding paper core, Install the reel in the position of the quasi-card slot, arrange the core position according to the cutting specifications, and then tighten the receiving shaft and stick the tape.
