Maintenance

First, the electrical parts should be cleaned and inspected regularly to eliminate hidden dangers in time.

Second, the use of the slitting machine is completed by the slitting machine and the cross cutting machine, so high-quality slitting knives and cross cutting knives should be used.

Third, the daily maintenance of the slitting machine should be in place. The criterion is that it is smooth, clean, and cleaned (no dust and debris) in place to ensure that the sliding parts of the equipment are in good condition.

Fourth, it is maintenance work. Regular and irregular inspections of rotating parts should be stopped (especially real-time monitoring of wearing parts).
