The HN1300T Duplex Turret Slitting Machine is our latest new-generation slitter, and it ranks among the most advanced slitting machines manufactured in China.
The HN1300T is a high-precision, high-speed duplex turret slitting and rewinding machine suitable for processing a wide range of materials, including:
Hot stamping foil, cold foil, holographic foil, metallized foil
Primary films: BOPP, PVC, LDPE, PET, single silicon films, etc.
Laminates: film-to-film, film-to-foil, film-to-paper, etc.

FEATURES
1.Safety Design
Operator safety is prioritized in every design detail. All rotating components in the slitting zone are fully enclosed with safety guards and cannot be touched during operation. A laser safety scanner safeguards the rewinding area.
2.Intuitive Control Interface
Multiple control panels are arranged for convenient operation: two touchscreen panels for slitting and rewinding, one fixed panel at the unwinding section, plus a mobile handheld panel for jumbo roll loading.
3.Full Servo Drive System
The machine is equipped with 16 servo motors in total. The main servo motor drives the main drive roller, lay-on rollers, knife shafts and banana roller. An unwinding AC servo motor paired with a dancer roller regulates the master roll tension. The third AC servo motor drives both rewinding shafts, with a fourth servo motor available as an upgrade option.
4.High Operating Speed up to 800 m/min
The machine features a 1300 mm working width. Its standard operating speed reaches 600 m/min, with an optional upgrade for a maximum speed of 800 m/min.
5.Robust & Stable Mechanical Structure
The machine weighs 8 tons overall, constructed with 60 mm thick side frames and 5 heavy-duty cross beams for integral rigidity. These heavy-duty structural components guarantee ultra-stable high-speed operation and an extended service life.

HIGHER EFFICIENCY THAN CONVENTIONAL DUPLEX SLITTERS
4-Shaft Turret Rewinding for Continuous, High-Throughput Production
Unlike conventional duplex slitters that must stop for finished-roll
unloading and core replacement, the HN1300T features a 4-shaft turret
rewinding system. While one pair of shafts is rewinding, operators can
unload finished rolls and prepare new cores on the other pair. The turret
then switches quickly to the prepared shafts, significantly reducing
downtime between production cycles.
Combined with automatic blade positioning, laser-assisted core
alignment, hydraulic jumbo-roll loading and optional robotic unloading,
the HN1300T shortens setup and changeover time while maintaining
stable, continuous production.
SUPERIOR FINISHED ROLL QUALITY
Smooth Winding, Uniform Tension and Neatly Aligned Roll Edges
The HN1300T combines closed-loop automatic tension control, slip-friction air shafts and full-width lay-on rollers to maintain stable winding tension as the roll diameter and operating speed change.
Even during high-speed production, the machine helps minimize loose winding, telescoping, wrinkles and uneven roll edges. The result is smooth roll surfaces, consistent roll hardness, clean slitting edges and neatly aligned finished rolls, ready for printing, laminating, bag making, label converting and other downstream processes.

Razor blades or circular knives can be selected according to the material, helping reduce burrs, edge damage and material stretching.
