Our lamination slitting and rewinding machine is created for slitting different kinds of flexible packaging film materials including PET, PE, PVC, paper rolls, etc. Slitter rewinder plant is equipped with high rewind and unwind control panel and it is motor driven. This machine requires less manual support and the independent roller installed with rewinder control system remains effective for flawless rewinding. Similarly, slitter rewinder line can also be produced at affordable investment.

maintenance
The main components of the automatic slitting machine should be inspected and lubricated before use; when inspecting and disassembling the automatic slitting machine, it is strictly forbidden to use inappropriate tools and unscientific operating methods; Perform a comprehensive cleaning and inspection; if the automatic slitting machine is not used for a long time, all the shiny surfaces must be wiped clean, coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with a plastic cover to cover the whole machine. If the automatic slitter is out of service for more than 3 months, the rust-proof oil should be covered with moisture-proof paper; after the work is completed, the equipment should be carefully cleaned, and the exposed friction surface should be wiped clean and lubricated.
