Havesino high speed film slitting machine applies to slitting and rewinding various kinds of jumbo roll materials with diameter around 1000mm to small width rolls. It is suitable for cellophane PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC, BOPP, LDPE, HDPE. Any special materials, please send us your requirements.

Features:

1. Touch screen: Siemens brand is available. Languages can be Chinese, English, Russian etc.
2. PLC control system: Adopt Mitsubishi PLC to achieve accurate and tension control, true color touch screen display to enable simple and beautiful images. The user only needs to input the material thickness, width, density, diameter and speed parameters, the slitting will be done automatically by a computer calculation.
3. Unwinding unit: It adopts shaft-less auto loader, which loading raw materials fast and easy, single-person operation. EPC (Edge position control) uses imported LPC corrective device, it can achieve guide function by material edge and printed marks. And it adopts magnetic powder brake through PLC to achieve a constant tension.
4. Slitting Unit: The film slitting machine equiped with razor knife to achieve exact slitting.
5. Rewinding unit: It adopts pneumatic loading system, automatic up and down and easy to control. Tension control by Servo motor and inverter. Rewinding roller uses 2 sets air shaft, fix the material automatically.
6. Web guide sensor: 1 set EPC, adjust the position of material automatically.
7. Adopt Laser lights for adjust paper cores position.
8. The whole machine frame is made of cast iron, with extremly high precision and stability. All guide rollers are highly hardened aluminum alloys, with static and dynamic equilibrium treatment.
