Laminated Film Cutter
This machine is suitable for separating and cutting various jumbo roll materials such as Laminated Film,BOPP, PET, CPP, CPE, PVC, aluminium foil and paper, etc. And can cut edge, separate and cut material according to different requirements during production. Automatic deviation-rectifying of releasing, photoelectric eye is suitable fortracking the edge and color of transparent material.
Characteristics:
The machine adopts central winding by upper and lower shafts which is pneumatic core shafts and their tension is under the control of magnetic powder clutch (they are able to be changed into automatic tension control at requests of clients) and gathered to the panel for operation, and the tailstock is designed with protection device for inadequate air pressure.
The splitting shall adopt upper and lower rotary blade, featured with stable cutting. Counter calculates precise length automatically .The motor depends on frequency converters for speed adjustment to run stably. Its equipped with independent discharge support and EPC edge correction device.
