Features
The machine adopts computer control, single photoelectric tracking correction system, winding tension control consists of magnetic powder clutch, tension controller. The unwinding tension is controlled by the magnetic powder brake and PLC touch screen. The take-up reel adopts air expansion shaft and cooperates with automatic air pressure, so that the take-up reel can automatically lift. The inverter controls the working speed of the whole machine and is equipped with an automatic metering device. It has the advantages of smooth incision, neat end of winding, and easy follow-up processing.
