DESCRIPTION NOTE:
1. UNWINDING UNIT:
A. Hydraulic lifting system to help the operator loading the jumbo roll max. 1 ton from floor;(Optional)
B. With 3" and 6" inch chucks, this slitter can load both 3" or 6" core jumbo roll without change anything;
C. With diameter sensor, our slitter can sense the diameter of the jumbo roll aromatically, no need the operator to enter the diameter of jumbo roll.
D.With tension sense roller, our slitter can feel the tension of jumbo roll and adjust the tension automatically by itself.
2.LPC(EDGE GUIDING)
We use Taiwan Pausource edge guider,our slitter can follow the edge or the printing mark or printing image on the jumbo roll;
1. SPLICE TABEL
To make the jumbo roll changing more easy and quickly;
2. BLADE UNIT
With both Razor Blade and Shear Blade system, our slitter can slit all kind of material from foil/film to laminate to fabric and so on.
3. TURRET REWINDING UNIT
A. 2 shafts are in working, another 2 shafts are stand by for preparing, it saves half time of changing roll and cores;
B. Auto cross cutting and auto sticking the material on the core, easy and quick for start slitting;
