• Overview

  This machine is suitable for processing cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC and computer anti-counterfeiting labels, film rolls, foil rolls, various paper rolls, film rolls and the slitting of various materials after printing. The slitting operation of materials, film rolls, foil rolls, various paper rolls, film rolls and various materials after printing, the processing process is stable and fast.

Features

• Equipped with touch screen and easy to operate.
• Optional built-in database can memorize 1000 groups of working parameters.
• The screen automatically displays an alert message.
• Adopted with two sets of independent tension detectors to provide correct and stable tension control.
• Equipped with tension reduction control function, it can provide excellent tension control of the rewinding materials.

• Equipped with waste edge blowpipe
• Cantilevered rewinding shaft for easy and fast operation. (Swing out type)
• The rewinding mechanism is designed incorporating HCI friction differential rings to overcome the problems of material thickness variation. Slitting width can be selected according to customer needs.
• Rewinding Lay-on roller *4 sets.
• Optional tracking wheel system, stable tension to maintain the quality of the material.
• Equipped with statics eliminator, it discharges electrostatic charge while plastic film is being slit and rewound.
• Equipped with trim reject fan and left/right moving type trim winder. Trim winder is designed on machine side saved floor space and the winding tension is adjustable.
• Cutting system: razor cutting in the air
• Lift-up & floating type unwind stand with 3" air shaft. Single operator is required to manipulate and load the parent roll.
• The transmission mechanism is specially designed to ensure stable operation and perfect edge smoothness.
• Equipped with web adjustment roller. It can reduce the winkle that cause by the low parent roll quality.
