3) The whole machine controlled by PLC and touch screen, PLC is Siemens, and the touch screen is made in Taiwan for controlling the whole machine and tension. The tension controlling on unwinding and rewinding are full automatic controlling, by use hall switch sensor and magnetic powder and controlled by PLC.
4)The unwinding unit adopts automatic position line (edge) controller(EPC), the photocell can trace transparent materials and color line.
5)The unwinding unit adopts one piece 5kg magnetic powder brake to control the tension.
The rewinding unit adopts two pieces 5kg magnetic powder clutch to control the tension
