1. Tension control of unwinding
During the rewinding a set of paper rolls, the rewinding tension should be prevented as much as possible to ensure that the roll tightness of the slitter rewinder is uniform inside and outside. Secondly, during the rewinding process, if the tension control of the paper web is too small, the paper roll will loosen or slip on the bottom roll, forming wrinkles, interleaving and other problems. If the tension control is too large, it will cause burst rolls or damage the paper core. Therefore, it is very necessary to keep the actual control value of the tension constant during the rewinding operation of the paper web and to install a well-adjusted inertia moment compensation adjuster in the tension closed-loop control system.
2. Line pressure of the platen roller
The platen roller presses the paper roll during the rewinding process. In the initial stage of rewinding, the platen roller provides additional load to the paper roll, and together with the front and rear bottom rollers, it provides a rewinding force to the paper roll. With the increase of the roll diameter, the position of the platen roller gradually rises, and the load supplied by the platen roller also gradually decreases. When the roll diameter reaches a certain value, the load supplied by the platen roller is zero. The equipment at the paper roll position exists, and the pressure control program of the platen roller must be selected according to the paper quality and final diameter. Under normal circumstances, the pressure of the platen roller is automatically controlled according to the preset pressure curve, and the operator does not need to change it.
3. Speed difference between front and rear backup rollers
The speed difference of the backup rollers forms the rewinding force, and the size of the rewinding force determines the tightness of the paper roll. Improving the rewinding force of the slitter rewinder can increase the tightness of the paper roll. From these aspects, it should be possible to analyze Where the problem is, the right medicine will do.
