APPLICATION
Thermal transfer ink ribbon slitter rewinding machine is suitable for rewinding various ribbons. The coiling tension is controlled by the servo motor. It can automatically count, automatically grade the speed regulation, and automatically rotate the shaft. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and high precision. It adopts an automatic bracket to effectively control the swing of the pick-up disc during high-speed operation. It can be equipped with 1 and 1/2 rolls.
Slitting is a process of further processing wide-width materials into products of the width required by the subsequent production process. The tension control accuracy of the slitting process has a decisive influence on the quality of the product and occupies a very important position in the entire product production process. .
The function of the rewinding shaft of the slitting machine is to wind the various materials after slitting into multiple rolls of material on one shaft. The size and consistency of the winding torque of the reeling shaft determine the winding quality.
Thermal transfer ink ribbon slitter rewinding machine achieves a small footprint, is easy to use, and can run production stably when connected to a 2-phase power supply. The intelligent and convenient operation mode makes the slitting easier. The main controller adopts German Siemens programmable PLC, which has fast running speed, high slitting precision, smooth winding and uniform tension control.
The unwinding is charged by an air-expanding shaft, and is equipped with a carbon tape feeding and receiving table. The upper and lower winding units each have two winding shafts for exchangeable winding. Unique TTR-specific flattening device. A complete set of imported drives and pneumatic components. The whole machine adopts imported PLC+touch screen control, field bus technology, and adopts dynamic adaptive tension control software based on speed and diameter.
The rewinding shaft adopts half-inch and one-inch air expansion shafts, which has high production efficiency
Servo drive system, automatic tension control, the tension of the rewinding shaft can be adjusted up and down respectively.
The double-position rewinding shaft can run up and down independently, and can simultaneously produce internal and external carbon surface products, or produce products with different carbon surfaces at the same time.
The width of the rewinding product is 25MM-1010mm.
The maximum diameter of the rewinding product can reach 140mm.
Automatically rely on the roller to ensure the end face is flat.
