APPLICATION
Fully Automatic Ribbon TTR Slitting Machine achieves a small footprint, is easy to use, and can run production stably when connected to a 2-phase power supply. The intelligent and convenient operation mode makes the slitting easier. The main controller adopts German Siemens programmable PLC, which has fast running speed, high slitting precision, smooth winding and uniform tension control.
Ribbon slitting machine refers to slitting equipment suitable for slitting and rewinding of various ribbons.
Our fully automatic ribbon TTR slitting machine is suitable for winding tension controlled by servo motor, automatic counting, automatic subsection speed regulation, high efficiency and high precision. The automatic bracket is used to effectively control the swing of the winding shaft during high-speed operation. It can be equipped with 1" ,1/2″ rewinding shaft.

Before using the TTR slitter, the main components of the TTR slitter should be inspected and lubricated. When checking the machine, it is strictly forbidden to use inappropriate tools and unscientific operation methods. The machine should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected every two weeks; If the TTR slitting machine is not used for a long time, all bright surfaces must be wiped clean, coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with plastic sleeves throughout the machine. If the TTR slitting machine stops for more than 3 months, it should be coated with moisture-proof paper on the anti-rust oil. After the work is completed, the equipment should be carefully cleaned, and the exposed friction surfaces should be wiped clean and lubricated;
