Our barcode ribbon cutter rewinder can slit and rewind thermal transfer ribbon, barcode ribbon, wax ribbon, etc. The max working speed can reach 400m/min. Siemens PLC, Sanyo motor and converter is configurated with the machine ensure its stable working performance. This slitter is suitable for those medium and big ttr producer who has full slitting experience.
The tension control will affect the rewinding tightness of the ribbon. When the tension is too large, the PET base film of the ribbon will be stretched and damaged, which will cause physical changes in the ink layer attached to the base film, which is easy to produce ribbon. The quality problems of the toner drop will affect the printing effect, and even cause serious quality problems that the dropped toner contaminates the product.
Before using the TTR slitter, the main components of the TTR slitter should be inspected and lubricated. When checking the machine, it is strictly forbidden to use inappropriate tools and unscientific operation methods. The machine should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected every two weeks; if the TTR slitting machine is not used for a long time, all bright surfaces must be wiped clean, coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with plastic sleeves throughout the machine.
Our ttr slitter is very easy on installation and operation.We will ship the slitter as two parts: front part and back part. When you get them, you only need to connect them together and set some simple parameter. Then you can start the production.
