Rewinding System

The rewinding shaft of our wax ribbon cutting machine adopts half-inch and one-inch air expansion shafts, which has high production efficiency.

Servo drive system, automatic tension control, the tension of the rewinding shaft can be adjusted up and down respectively.

The double-position rewinding shaft can run up and down independently, and can simultaneously produce internal and external carbon surface products, or produce products with different carbon surfaces at the same time.

The width of the rewinding product is 25MM-1010mm

The maximum diameter of the rewinding product can reach 140mm

Everyone knows that the ribbon base is a PET film. During the printing process, because the barcode printer will also adjust the tension, there will be a large tensile force between the supply shaft and the recovery shaft. At this time, the carbon ribbon is stressed. To be even and not easy to break. Therefore, the ribbon must be completely flat and parallel to the die when the ribbon is rewound, so that the edge of the ribbon will be evenly stressed during the printing process and not easily broken. If the stress point is on the edge of the ribbon, the ribbon is easy to break. The uneven rewinding of the carbon ribbon will also cause wrinkles during the printing process, which is prone to white lines, indentations and other poor printing.
