Features:

1. The PLC programmable control system of Mitsubishi can be selected, and the tension of winding and unwinding is fully controlled by PLC.

2. Color touch screen human-machine interface, centralized display and control of working status, speed, tension and other parameters.

3. One key start / stop design is adopted. The tension switch and the start / stop of the main machine can realize the linkage control. Before starting the machine, only a few simple parameters such as the thickness, diameter and speed of the raw materials need to be input. The following work is all automatically calculated by the computer. PLC can realize the function of winding meter, meter counting shutdown and material automatic shutdown.

4. The main machine and winding motor are servo motors

5. The wallboard is made from the whole iron plate to ensure the stability during high-speed operation.

6. The unwinding adopts the shaftless air pressure lifting mechanism.

7. Upper and lower double winding structure, the winding shaft adopts air expansion shaft. The upper and lower reels are equipped with pneumatic pressure rolls.

8. The waste edge guide pipe and high-power fan blow out the waste edge from the right side of the machine.

9. All guide rollers of the whole machine are made of high hardening aluminum alloy guide rollers, which are subject to dynamic and static balance treatment.
