The film machine slitter is composed of an unwinding mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a winding mechanism, various functional rollers, and a tension control, correction control and detection device.It can cut: polyester film, aluminized film, BOPP LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP and other films from jumbo roll into different sizes, which are widely used in packaging and other laminating industries.
We are providing the mature models with all the standardized components.Flexible specifications are available with a variety of optional accessories.
Our winding shaft adopts a slip type winding shaft driven by a vector frequency conversion motor. The winding tension is controlled. According to the winding diameter, slitting thickness, tension and other parameters, the PLC calculates and outputs a control signal to control the winding shaft. Friction pressure to achieve the purpose of controlling the winding tension.
