HN1300 high-speed Slitter winder Machine is mainly developed for large-diameter film foil and paper. The machine adopts full servo motor and drive control technology, and the workingl speed can be up to 550M/min. Due to the large unwinding diameter, the unwinding and receiving platform is a flipping mechanism, which is convenient for receiving materials. The discharging arm is a screw moving structure and can be electric. Adjust the unwinding width. The winding is an automatic pushing structure, which reduces the manual operation intensity.

The upper and lower pressure roller of the film slitter winder machine adopts a pneumatic device, and the pressure is controlled by a pressure regulating valve.

Unwinding with shaftless loading and unloading material, pneumatic locking, narrow electric width adjustment, pneumatic lifting of material roll, convenient loading and unloading, high efficiency.

To control the end face precision of the slitting effect accurately, we uses EPC correction device to work with the slitting rewinding machine. We equipped two types of blade for cutting different materials.

For primary film like BOPP, PET, PVC,OPP,LDPE, laminated film, hot stamping foil, Metalized Foil, you can use razor blade to cut. If you want to slit paper, non-moven fabric, label, we prepare circle blade to cut. So this machine is a multifunctional slitter winder machine which can even cut all materials.

①Unwind

1. Pneumatic Air Brake. Work with load cells close loop tension control system,it can provide

constant real tension figures.

2. Shaftless unwinding, 3 inch and 6 inch, air tank work to tighten the jumbo roll

3. Hydraulic lifting unit picks maximum 2 tons jumbo roll up fromfloor

4. Vacuum material splice table, the table works with vacuum, can suck and tighten the

materials on the splice table, then the two air controlled clamps will go down and press

the material to guarantee straight and convenient jumbo roll change

5. EPC material alignment, ultrasonic edge guider will track and guarantee material goes

straightly into the machine and slit flat edge rolls.

4. Servo motor controlled fully automatic laser core positioning unit helps to load

paper/plastic cores fast and precise

5. Motorized finished roll discharge system, it helps push the finished rolls out ofshafts

Manual finished roll unloading tree, the operator can turn the unload tree into position, and

press the button to let the big yellow arms go back, then unload the finished rolls quickly and

begin the next round with very short downtime.
