During the working period, the user needs to check the gear part of the roller in the feeding system of the slitter frequently, confirm that the lubrication is good, and supplement and replace the gear oil in time. At the same time, pay attention to check whether there is dirt between the rollers and between the gears. If there is dirt, it should be removed immediately to ensure normal operation.
Not only that, during the use of the slitter, the staff need to check in advance and confirm that the screws and nuts combined between the various mechanisms are well tightened without looseness. In addition, pay attention to check whether the feeding roller has good parallelism.
In addition to the above, the staff also need to frequently check whether there is any abnormal phenomenon such as damage and deformation in each part of the slitter, and whether the switch and display screen on the operation panel are abnormal. If any abnormality is found, it shall be handled in time.
In order to ensure that the slitter feeding system can operate normally, the staff need to carry out the following inspections regularly (generally after every six months of operation or 1000 hours of use):
1. Check whether the external wiring of stripper feeding system is in good condition. If any deformation or damage is found, repair it in time;
2. Regularly check whether the buttons on the operation panel of the slitter feeding system are sensitive and reliable. If there is any oil stain, it shall be removed in time.
3. Regularly check the overall operation status of the slitter feeding system and whether the ambient temperature is normal.
