Compared to flatbed die-cutting machines, rotary die-cutting machines have several advantages. Firstly, they are much faster, with speeds up to 150m/min, making them more efficient for high-volume production. Secondly, they have a much smaller footprint, making them easier to fit into a factory floor plan. Thirdly, they are more versatile, as they can perform multiple functions such as slitting and rewinding, in addition to die-cutting. Finally, they can handle a wider range of materials, including thinner and more delicate materials that might be damaged by the pressure of flatbed die-cutting machines.
