Hot Stamping Foil Slitting machine HN1300 was born for slitting the hot stamping foil, metallic foil, metalized film,holographic foil, aluminum foil, cold foil and other 12-200 micron foil,film materials.
The hot stamping foil slitting machine HN1300 adopts full servo control, photoelectric tracking and correction system, and the tension control of unwinding is composed
of Maxcess magnetic powder brake and tension controller. The rewinding shaft adopts slip shaft and cooperates with automatic air pressure to ensure the material rewinding tension and pressure are stable. The servo motor controls the working speed of the whole machine, and is equipped with an automatic meter counting device. 2 sets of crimping machines are arranged under the winding side. After the slitting razor knife trims the edges, the waste is directly coiled by the crimping machine to ensure the uniformity of the workshop.
The slitting part adopts razor knife and circle knife slitting , which greatly reduces the dust falling when slitting the bronzing film.
