This is an Automatic Paper Tube Notch Cutting Machine. It is designed for punching the notches for ttr paper core, both 1 inch and half inch can be notched on both sides. In ttr slitting industry, customer will need a manual notch cutter or an advanced automatic paper tube notch cutting machines.
They cut paper core for TTR ribbon, wax ribbon, resin ribbon, color ribbon, ink coding foil.
On the core of barcode ribbon roll, there are two notches on both sides, those notches are made by the notch cutting machine. The notches on the roll is designed for different printers, some printers need the notches to fix the roll and ensure stable printing.
