SF1100 rewinding method of surface rewinding is suitable for rewinding various types of aluminum foil and copper foil. Mechanical speed 200m/min.

Function and feature:

The machine adopts Siemens PLC control system, 10" touch screen;

Three sets of complex vector frequency converter motors,

Air-cooled magnetic brake system which control the slitting process: unwinding and rewinding automatic tension,

Set meter to automatically slow down,

Unwinding the small volume diameter automatic deceleration stop,

Set rewinding diameter to automatic deceleration stop,

Automatic calculation of rewinding & unwinding diameter,

The diameter tolerance of within ±1mm.

Rewinding way is center surface, also can single shaft rewinding.

Rewinding shaft is air shaft or mechanical shaft for pure aluminum foil .

Blade System:

Slitting knife can be circular or straight knife, which is according to different thickness of the material. Slitting width can be adjusted by a precision aluminum shim, straight blade knife with 1mm pitch grooved rollers.
