Aluminum foil needs to be slit on the slitting machine after printing, and the large roll of semi-finished products needs to be cut into the required specifications and sizes. The semi-finished products that are cut on the slitting machine are a process of unwinding and rewinding. This process includes two parts: the machine's operating speed control and tension control.

The so-called tension is to pull the aluminum foil and roll it onto the core according to the standard. A certain stretching and tensioning traction must be applied to the aluminum foil, and the tensioning aluminum foil control force is the tension. Tension control refers to the ability to control the tension of the aluminum foil when it is transported on the equipment. This control must be effective for any running speed of the machine, including the acceleration, deceleration and uniform speed of the machine. Even in the case of emergency stop, it has the ability to ensure that the aluminum foil is not damaged at all. The tension control of the slitting machine is basically manual tension control and automatic tension control. Manual tension control is that when the roll diameter changes to a certain stage during the rewinding or unwinding process, the operator adjusts the manual power supply device to achieve the purpose of controlling the tension.

Fully automatic tension control is to measure the actual tension value of the material strip directly by the tension sensor, and then convert the tension data into a tension signal and feed it back to the tension controller. By comparing this signal with the tension value preset by the controller, the control signal is calculated, and the automatic control execution unit is automatically controlled to make the actual tension value equal to the preset tension value to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the tension. The size of the winding and unwinding tension setting of the equipment directly affects the yield of the product. If the tension is too large and the winding is too tight, the aluminum foil is prone to wrinkles. If the tension is insufficient, the aluminum foil is prone to serious slippage on the roll, which makes it impossible to unload the roll, and causes the unwinding shaft to swing greatly during slitting, affecting the slitting quality. Therefore, the slitting machine must have a good tension detection system.

Features of aluminum foil slitting machine:

1. The equipment adopts German Siemens programmable controller (PLC) and Siemens inverter, and forms a topological network through the Profinet field bus to enhance the stability and reliability of the system. Human-computer interaction is carried out through a 15-inch high-definition true color touch screen (HMI), and the operation interface is simple and convenient to operate.

2. The equipment is equipped with a set of winding mechanism, which is powered by a set of servo motors. The winding tension changes according to the winding diameter, and the tension is automatically adjusted according to the set taper. The winding has the automatic compensation function of acceleration, deceleration and friction, and automatically compensates the tension during the winding process, so that the winding tension is stable and uniform. Equipped with a tension change trend chart, you can view the trend of tension change at different tapers, which is convenient for analyzing the rationality of taper and tension settings. The motor speed is automatically adjusted as the winding diameter increases, and the speed of each axis of the equipment is synchronized. Different diameters can be wound at the same time.

3. The unwinding tension has an automatic compensation function, with acceleration and deceleration compensation, inertia compensation and friction compensation, so that the unwinding tension is stable.

4. The operation does not require the input of material thickness, and the winding and unwinding diameters are automatically calculated with an accuracy of ≤±1mm.

5. The equipment has a variety of automatic shutdown functions. When the winding and unwinding diameters and meters reach the set stop diameter and meters, it automatically decelerates and stops; when the unwinding material is broken, it automatically stops; and the automatic shutdown has an emergency signal prompt.

6. The system has a formula function, which can save multiple sets of production parameters of materials of different specifications, and can be directly called when used, which is convenient for setting production parameters of materials of the same specifications, without setting parameters one by one, improving efficiency and facilitating management.

7. The system can log in multiple users, set corresponding login permissions, and different login personnel have different permissions, which is convenient for the use and management of equipment.

8. The system has memory, storage, and extraction functions, which can be used for finished product parameter storage, facilitating data management of finished product parameters.

9. The system has information management and feedback functions, and can browse historical startup emergency signal information to facilitate equipment troubleshooting. It can prompt equipment maintenance according to the use time, which is convenient for equipment maintenance management.
