Handling Rewinding Faults in Slitting Machines:

If a slitting machine is not used for an extended period, clean all shiny surfaces, apply rust preventive oil, and cover the entire machine with a plastic cover. Rewinding in a slitting machine involves sequentially installed upper rewind roller, lower rewind roller, rear rewind roller, and a pressure roller with the same linear speed. During the rewinding process, the pressure roller is crucial for rewinding the original paper and accelerating the breaking of the original paper by the upper rewind roller. When using a slitting machine, various faults may occur. Here's how to address rewinding faults in slitting machines:

1. When the product being wound on the roll runs off, check if the winding shaft is too tightly tensioned or if it has a close relationship with the adhesive during gluing.

2. If wrinkles occur in the semi-finished product during winding, consider increasing the pressure of the tension cylinder appropriately.

3. When the center of the semi-finished product becomes loose, it is closely related to uneven gluing or uneven substrate. In this case, adjust the bow roller to flatten it or increase the tension of the unwinding shaft. Use a knife tube to press the substrate firmly.

These measures can help resolve rewinding faults in slitting machines, ensuring smooth operation and production efficiency.
