How to Adjust and Operate HAVESINO Slitting Machine?
A slitting machine is used to cut large rolls of mother rolls into products of different widths and can serve the purpose of inspecting product quality. So, how do we adjust and operate a slitting machine?
1. Install the front and rear racks on the reserved plane at the predetermined positions, horizontally calibrating them to ensure solid contact with the foundation, aligning the centerlines of the racks in a straight line longitudinally.
2. Install various internal components at designated positions, adjusting the leveling of each tensioner, unwinding device, rewinding device, etc., aligning the shafts parallel to each other and perpendicular to the direction of tape movement.
3. Install the distribution cabinet next to the front rack or in a convenient location for operation, follow the user manual to connect various circuits and power sources.
4. Install the configured ovens in sequence onto the racks and secure them with bolts; ensure the ovens are level and stable with the racks.
5. Check for any installation omissions, ensure the installation of heaters, heat sensors, and transmission components; verify correct connections of circuits without any electrical leakage; check for any misalignment of the entire machine body, spacing of the oven, etc.
6. Install and test the gears, pulleys, and sprockets to ensure smooth and unobstructed rotation.
7. After correct installation, start up the machine one by one for testing; if any abnormalities occur, immediately stop for inspection and adjustment; only proceed with production after confirming everything is in order.
A slitting machine is used to process full rolls or sheets of raw materials into fixed-length cuts, such as plastic packaging materials, cardboard boxes, steel sheets, films, leather, wood, etc.
