High-speed slitting machine is a kind of high-efficiency processing equipment, which is mainly used in papermaking, printing and other industries. So do you know what the common quality problems of high-speed slitting machines are?

Common quality problems in the slitting process of high-speed slitting machines are as follows:

1. Split layer

Refers to the phenomenon that part of the film is misplaced on the end face of the film roll. This problem is mainly caused by the sliding of the film or the change of the width of the film during the winding process.

2. Vertical stripes

Ring-shaped rib-like stripes are formed on the surface of the film roll. During the slitting and winding process of the high-speed slitting machine, a large amount of air entrapment and poor accumulated thickness tolerance are the main reasons for the longitudinal streaks. Once serious streaks appear, it is difficult to eliminate them.

3. Bottom wrinkle

This problem only occurs in the first length of film winding, mainly manifested as wrinkling and deep streaks, which are caused by a variety of factors.

4. Violent tendons

This quality problem is a significant protrusion formed on the surface of the film roll due to the accumulation of thin film thickness tolerances.

5. Edge warping

The quality problem occurs at the edge of the film winding, because the edge of the thicker film is rolled up and stacked to make the edge part warp.

When we all operate the high-speed slitting machine, the quality problems of the high-speed slitting machine's slitting process are mainly manifested in the above places.
