Havesino Showcases Flexible Packaging Film Slitting Technology at Global Exhibitions, Secures New Order from Indonesia

Among the many visitors to Havesino's booth, a customer from Indonesia expressed particular interest in the HN1300 slitting machine. This customer, who had not previously invested in slitting technology, was seeking a high-performance machine capable of handling a variety of materials, including BOPP film (12~20mic), BOPP thermal film, VMPET film (10~15 mic), paper and self-adhesive labels. The customer's goal was to acquire a 1500mm wide high-speed slitting machine by the end of 2024 to enhance their production capabilities.
During the exhibition, the HN1300 demonstrated its exceptional performance by conducting high-speed slitting on printed films, leaving a lasting impression on the customer. Despite a packed schedule, the customer was impressed by the machine's precision, operational efficiency, and slitting quality. They expressed a strong desire to explore the possibility of collaboration further after the event.
Customized Solutions and Professional Support
Following the exhibition, Havesino maintained consistent communication with the Indonesian customer, providing additional video demonstrations of the HN1300 and HN1600 models in action. These videos highlighted the machines' versatility in processing a wide range of materials, including hot stamping foil, cold stamping foil, holographic foil, aluminum foil, and various primary films.
To address the customer's specific requirements, Havesino recommended the HN1600 model, equipped with a dual razor and circular knife system and enhanced with a German BST edge guider. After thorough discussions and configuration adjustments in February 2025, Havesino submitted a formal quotation and invoice. While the customer appreciated the competitive pricing, they requested a modest discount as a gesture of goodwill. Additionally, they sought confirmation of the machine's ability to handle self-adhesive labels with precision. To accommodate their concerns, Havesino offered a 5% discount on the first order and provided additional videos showcasing label slitting performance. The company also offered to test a sample roll provided by the customer's supplier.
Successful Testing and Final Agreement
Within three days of receiving the sample, Havesino conducted a successful test on the HN1600 and shared the results with the customer. The customer was thoroughly satisfied with the machine's performance, leading to their agreement to proceed with an advance payment in the second week. Havesino also guaranteed a 25-30 day delivery period, further reinforcing the customer's confidence in their services.

The HN1600 high-speed slitting machine is scheduled for shipment in end-March 2025 and is expected to arrive at the customer's factory by early April. The customer is eagerly awaiting the arrival of the new machine and has committed to providing a feedback video of the machine in operation.
