Reasons why slitter doesn't work
1、Cable breakage
The wire often breaks at the corner where it contacts the corner and tapping hole. If the wire of the slitter breaks or breaks, it must be handled on time.
2、Poor contact or burnt relay
A relay is a component that is connected to a circuit. When the contact is poor or burnt out, the circuit cannot be opened, resulting in the failure of the machine. The relay was found to be black and replaced on time
3、Damaged switch
Button switch is a fragile part of the slitter. It shall be replaced when the broken.
4、Steering error of motor
The direction of the engine is not correct. There are usually many new machines and circuits to replace or rectify. The phase sequence of the power supply has changed. If the motor is reversed, one of the two three-phase cables can be replaced.
5、Blocked or damaged solenoid valve
When the solenoid valve is blocked or damaged, the hydraulic oil can not be transported to the corresponding working position. It is not easy to verify if the solenoid valve is damaged. Generally speaking, it is also based on the experience of using a small screwdriver to check whether the winding shaft is smooth and whether there is resistance, and whether the quality of the solenoid valve is damaged.
6、Hydraulic oil below standard position
The position of the hydraulic oil should be more than three centimeters above the oil filter, and keep the oil filter clean; if possible, add some hydraulic oil to the slitter to help cool it.
