Correct ways to start slitters for operation
1. Static electricity will cause failure of the control system and damage to the slitter. Please turn on the static eliminator before starting the machine.
2. Press the up or down button of the slitter again to adjust it to the appropriate position.
3. Move to the appropriate electric eye position, tighten the hand wheel and press the automatic deviation correction button
4. Install the blade, select the cutting mode, adjust the cutter position, use the infrared to center positioning system, correct the position of the paper core, and cut the adhesive film on the core
5. Confirm that the speed setting indication is 0, press the start button, confirm that there is no unexpected use of the speed switch button, make it light up, and then use the knob to speed up the opening.
6. Press the stop button of the slitter, the winding shaft and the close driving roller start to slow down, and slow down until it fully stop.
