A slitter rewinder is a machine used to convert a roll of material into several smaller rolls.
Its purpose is to slit and rewind the incoming materialinto a form needed for the next manufacturing step,the requirements of which can be used to help you select the type and configuration of slitter rewinder needed for the application. As is often the case, there is more than one type of machine that can be used. Although they all fundamentally perform the same converting function, selecting a machine with the right capabilities and features can save time and money in the long run.
Fully automatic ttr slitting machine is equipped with automatic leader splice table which can do leader and trailer film by machine itself.
TTR slitter rewinder refers to a machine slit the ribbon and meanwhile it rewinds to rolls. This machine is suitable for cutting and rewinding different ribbons like wax ribbon, wax resin ribbon, ink roll, label printer ribbon, thermal transfer ribbons, coding foil, barcode ribbons, TTR, and the hot stamping foil and film thickness between 4-20um.
Our fully automatic ttr slitter adopts 4 Sanyo servo motors. As the core of the machine, we use Siemens PLC to ensure slitter working stable and long life.
Siemens PLC is small in size, light in weight and low in energy consumption. Because of its small size, it is easy to be installed into the machine. It is an ideal control device for realizing mechatronics.
Besides the automatic leader and trailer table, our fully automatic ttr slitting machine achive automatic turret and cross cutting at the rewinding part. This is the most advanced ttr slitter machine in China. The max slitting speed can be 400m/min, the mini slitting width is 20mm.
