Thermal Near Edge Wax Ribbon Cutting Machine N2M can not only slit fast, but also can run smoothly. N2M is applicable for all kinds of foil and films thickness from 4-20 micron, such as wax resin, resin ribbon, near edge wax ribbon, washcare ribbon, color tape and metallic gold and silver resin, etc. The max working speed can reach 300m/min.
On the Thermal Near Edge Wax Ribbon Cutting Machine, we designed semi-automatic leader trailer table. When the slitting finished, the splice table will come half way, operator pull out the leader film, attach the film to the ribbon. In this process, customers dont need to cut a big piece of ribbon and throw away, this is the biggest characteristic between manual machine and semi-automatic machine.

MAINTENANCE
Before using the TTR slitter, the main components of the TTR slitter should be inspected and lubricated. When checking the machine, it is strictly forbidden to use inappropriate tools and unscientific operation methods. The machine should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected every two weeks; If the TTR slitting machine is not used for a long time, all bright surfaces must be wiped clean, coated with anti-rust oil, and covered with plastic sleeves throughout the machine. If the TTR slitting machine stops for more than 3 months, it should be coated with moisture-proof paper on the anti-rust oil. After the work is completed, the equipment should be carefully cleaned, and the exposed friction surfaces should be wiped clean and lubricated;
