  • 3-inch sliding friction air shaft: ensures stable rewinding tension and improves the quality of coil forming.
  • Full-width air pressure roller system: controls the roller by air pressure to ensure the smooth surface of the finished roll.
  • Upper and lower roller static elimination brush: effectively removes static electricity, avoids dust adsorption, and ensures the cleanliness of the coil.
  • Independent small pressure roller design: provides precise pressure adjustment for coils with uneven thickness to ensure the uniformity of the coil.
  • Manual laser mandrel positioning device: quickly and accurately locates the paper/plastic mandrel, shortens downtime, and improves production efficiency.
  • Automatic tension control system: monitors and adjusts the rewinding tension in real time to ensure stable and consistent coil tension and reduce material loss.
