Our slitter has no bowed/banana roller,the reasons are:
1)the function of bowed/banana roller is to flat the materia,it is old technology.
Our slitter designed many roller which can flat the material when the material pass these rollers.
2)The bowed/banana roller can not run at very high speed as is not center of balance,so when it run at 500m/min,may not good for the stability of the slitter.
3)The material web width is within 1600mm,we do not suggest with banana roller, when the web width more than 1800mm,we can discuss whether the banana roller is neccessary or not bases on what kind of material to slit.
So we suggest you not add the banana rollers on machine in case of influence on the machine effeciency.
