Manual waste discharge and automatic waste discharge of label roll die-cutting machine
Die-cutting waste discharge is generally divided into automatic waste discharge and manual waste discharge.
Automatic waste discharge is characterized by fast speed and high efficiency.
The advantage of automatic waste discharge for multi-knife technology is very obvious. Waste discharge while die-cutting reduces the damage caused by re-adhesion. The resulting waste is difficult to discharge, and some highly viscous glue must be discharged with a hob.
The characteristic of manual waste discharge is that it is more flexible and can handle some complex and difficult products, but the efficiency is relatively slow. Commonly used hot-melt adhesive window adhesives have many bending shapes, and the area of some glue blocks is very small, so it is difficult to automatically discharge waste. It can only be done by hand. There are also adhesives without substrates, which come with release paper. It is easy to produce defects. If the release paper cannot be replaced, it means that automatic waste discharge cannot be used in many cases, and it needs to be done manually.
