1. Remove the fixing devices on both sides of the knife seat shaft, remove the knife seat shaft, and adjust the distance between the knife seats according to the size of the slitting product required by the slitting plan;
2. Adjust the handwheel on the knife seat shaft to align the blade on the blade shaft with the knife groove on the knife seat, and then slowly lower the blade shaft through the handwheel on the blade shaft. Pay attention to the gap between the blade and the knife groove during the lowering process. Try to lower the blade in the center. The lowering process should not be too fast to avoid damaging the blade if the blade is not put into the knife groove. After all the blades are put into the knife groove, fix the blades close to the knife seat in turn. Finally, fix the fixing screws at both ends of the blade shaft to prevent the blade from running out of the blade groove during high-speed operation or at the material joint;
3. Adjust the handwheel on the blade seat shaft to separate the blade seat shaft from the blade shaft, loosen the fixing device of the blade shaft, install the corresponding number of blades, and then fix the blade shaft again;
